What we collect. Your name, email, contact number (optional), barangay, municipality and province, and your IP address (for spam protection). After approval, we also keep your login activity and a record of the changes you make.

Why. To review your request, create your account, email you about it, and keep the system secure and auditable.

Who can see it. Only the system administrator. Your barangay's budget data is visible only to your barangay's own users. We do not sell or share your data, unless required by law.

How it is protected. Stored on an access-controlled server. Your password is stored encrypted — no one, including the administrator, can read it.

How long. Kept only while your account is in use and as needed for audit purposes. You may ask for your account to be deleted.

Your rights. Under RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act), you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

Contact. Reply to any email you receive from Brgy eFinance to reach the system administrator.
